I read your post and thought you might be able to help me with a question.

I can’t seem to figure out how to add in my Associate ID in order to benefit from clicks to the Librarything images on my Blogger blog. How did you place your ID in your widget?

I cannot seem to find this information on the Librarything or Amazon websites.

Thanks in advance for your help.Lisa / Smallest Leafhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16811771280872197611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912730.post-1162317030600703222006-11-01T01:50:00.000+08:002006-11-01T01:50:00.000+08:00"you can link it in with Amazon Associates and the..."you can link it in with Amazon Associates and theoretically earn money from click through purchases (does anyone ever earn anything from this?)"

Yes! I've had the Amazon Associates links on a couple very low traffic sites and earned some small amounts of money (never used it on a blog, though). I chose to get paid through gift certificates, and I've probably earned $15-20 total. I could imagine a site or blogger with a rather huge amount of traffic could rake in about enough to buy a book a week (or at least per month).Mark Nenadovhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14204593597201176213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912730.post-1134316775813246002005-12-11T23:59:00.000+08:002005-12-11T23:59:00.000+08:00cw - am soooo sorry to have sex-changed you!! chan...cw - am soooo sorry to have sex-changed you!! changed the pronoun now ..... and thanks for putting your library online so snoopers like me can walk around and look at your books ...

eliar - you too! that's great ...

boolicious - have fun!bibliobibulihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16456636355933524132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912730.post-1134307160483862332005-12-11T21:19:00.000+08:002005-12-11T21:19:00.000+08:00Yes, LibraryThing is TOO addictive!
