Amir's Pre-Independence Reading Lists

Amir has an impressive list of pre-Independence novels in English set in Malaysia & Singapore up on his blog and is asking (for an upcoming book he is planning) :
a) How many have you read?
b) How many sound like something you'd like to read?
c) Any mistakes/omissions?
My answer to a) is - just one, the Burgess. I would be fascinated to find out more about all these titles ...

Have now updated with about 70 new titles to include the years 1958-63, so it's now a pre-Malaysian list ;-)
