Merde Kah

Another event to celebrate Merdeka. Or more cynically perhaps Merde Kah. (Parlez vous Francais?)

Presented by Unclogged, the event takes place 8.30 tomorrow Friday, 1st September 2006 at Little Havana, Changkat Bukit Bintang KL and costs RM15. (Click on poster to enlarge.)

I just want to know - is poet Ramat Harun acquiring superstar status?

Merde kah is right. Walked to KLCC this morning before 8 for brekkies. The pavements outside looked like a war zone or as though a pasar malam had gone past the night before: rubbish, peanut shells, garbage, Coke cans, more garbage. Wonderful how us Malaysians love our country and how express that ineffable love. And all those plastic flags stuck on cars will all end up as more unnecessary landfill.
That's my rant for the morning. :-)

Loved the 'Merde Kah' - a near-treasonous combination of French and Malay (who are these Kerbau people? I'm so out of touch with KL and I've only been away for several weeks). Sharon, are you going to attend and tell us about it?
