Harper Lee is, at the same time, one of the most loved and most reclusive authors, but she broke her silence on Tuesday when she was guest of honour at a ceremony inducting four new members into the Alabama Academy of Honour, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.She offered a piece of advice that won her a standing ovation (and which many of the folks I know could take to heart!).
Well it's better to be silent than to be a fool.

But then again, Harper Lee's only written one book right ? what would the world be if we we all silent ? there'd not be any books, all the movies would have no music or speech, radios (and radio stations) would not exist... :)
