Lim Soon Heng has long run the book meetings (now called the Lit Addicts meet) at MPH Megamall, writes about the night Tan Twan Eng came to talk about The Gift of Rain with readers. The article is written from a very different angle and provides some very interesting insights into the book.
I've always been a fan of Time Out London, and buy it almost as soon as I land at Heathrow, but it's is extra-specially nice to see my adopted city given the same treatment.
