Hello. I'd love to come. I've never been to book readings. Must I have read these books before I could be admitted? Do we then discuss these books? Shy lah.
no you don't need to read anything. we get some authors to come and read a short piece from their work. the aim is to encourage writers and interest potential readers in their work. it's a bit like a party too where people meet and mingle and make new friends. please do come and bring friends!
here's what happened at the last one
and all the archives of past readings is here
