Did you know that novelist Danielle Steele has ventured into the perfume business and that Elizabeth Arden has launched a fragrance simply called Danielle?Chandler Burr on the The Moment blog tells (a version of) the story, parodying Ms Steele's writing style something rotten! Very naughty but hilarious.
Peter Robins (on the Telegraph's Paper Tiger blog, which is where I picked up the story) asks which other authors deserve fragrances of their own and invites his blog readers to make perfume pitches for their own concoctions. One John T. in particular rises to the occasion very well.
