hi there

just wondering if you've heard of jodi picoult?

her novels are sure to strike a cord because she often delves into complex issues such as genetic engineering (My Sister's Keeper) or perhaps abortion (Handle With Care)...

I love the way she writes as she often uses first-person which I believe allows the reader to relate to the characters. Hence, I often felt the same emotions.

If you haven't already, give it a go....you won't be disappointed!

Pity I couldn't make it today. Got prayers to do for the dearly departed.

I don't think Chet is going to like the name Panda Head Curry.

Sharon,

Nice session. A good mix of people and it was good to get back in touch after so long.

Kind of sad I didn't get to snag any free books, but I've got storage problems of my own. Perhaps I should bring some books to give away at the next Readings.
