G? Gee Thanks, Starmag!

Goodness me, is Starmag getting daring or what? (Well, at least for a Malaysian newspaper!) Sexologist Dr Beverly Whipple who co-authored The G Spot and Other Discoveries about Human Sexuality was in town for a dinner-cum-talk organised by Zestra Asia Limited. (Now why does no-one invite me to the best parties?)

The article included specific instructions for dummies of both sexes. So that elusive G-spot really should be quite a lot easier to find now than Putrajaya.

Putrajaya? The road leading to that other G (govt) spot is also riddled with ridges, coincidentally...

A former classmate of mine, Dr. Chua Chee Ann was claimed to be the discoverer of a hitherton unknown G-spot. This was told to me some years ago by another chap who was in the same class with us. I never verified this claim not knowing how or where to begin. Anyone have any ideas? Dr. Chua emailed me out of the blue last year. We hadn't been in touch since I left school in 1964. No he didn't share his doscovery. He tried to enrol me in some multi-level marketing scheme for eternal youth products. Maybe the G-spot he discovered really wasn't.

i found the G-Spot many years ago, while walking in the jungle. i came to a tree along a small path, and there it was, the G-Spot, sitting there by a portruding root, staring at me.

i took off my t-shirt and tried to use it to catch the thing, but as soon as i approached it, the G-Spot scurried some meters away and started digging a hole in the ground. it then scurried into the hole and disappeared.

i never saw it again.

Wow, it's Patrick Te-oh. I almost literally grew up listening to that guy.

Incidentally, how accurate _is_ that book ? I wonder if that little spot is too over-emphasized.

Is anyone writing a A to Z on this?

wow! patrick teoh and tv smith ... am a fan of both of you!

tv - that g(ovt.) gives a lot less pleasure though!

kak teh - couldn't find it in my street guide but then they don't have a lot of places marked ...

patrick - i didn't know that someone else had "discovered" the g-spot first ... i googled dr. chua's name and came across a fascinating article about all kinds of spots ... i guess the truth is that we have plenty of pleasure zones and you each must find what buttons to press
... i now have to go sort out where my AFE zones is!

visitor - so that's why g-spots are where they are ... that has all the makings of a legend

anon - little place too over emphasised? ... you are a bloke (i think anyway) so things are easy for you ... i certainly could have done with more knowledge much earlier in my life ...

ms d - yes let's have a retreat ... maybe an editing retreat? and i let out a big howl of pain when crash won ...

Okay, now I don't feel so bad about not taking the day off to watch the Oscars "live". I followed it online and it wasn't so painful. In fact, cynic that I am, I wasn't surprised it didn't win, However, I hadn't expected Ang Lee to win, so that was a real plesant surprise.

Now, this evening, I can watch the rerun without getting any heart attacks.

thanks for your sms chet - i had no credit on my phone to reply. i watched on and off during the morning ... i found the comparing (who was that guy?) atrociously done ... the shit forced humour that wasn't even funny

i knew ang lee would get his oscar - a film as good as that couldn't walk away without that level of acknowledgement

i was thrilled that the wallace and gromit film got an award for animation - i loved that it!

So how can you write a book telling people how to find what may or may not be there in the first place ?

Oh believe me, the G-spot is there alright! Your fingers need to be specially skilled in finger aerobic to reach those hot-spots! LOL, we certainly need a "by-the-book" guide on this...

About the Oscars...it was a tiresome affair this year. The host was utterly dry and boring...when will the Academy learn NEVER to hire TV talk show hosts to host the Oscar! With Stewart...they might as well have hired Oprah Winfrey to host it, at least she's much more entertaining! Not an expert by here are my observations and comments on the Oscars - http://theeternalwanderer.wordpress.com/2006/03/06/analysis-pretty-much-a-dull-clean-affairnothing-memorable/

Sharon - I posted a similar entry on my blog as my sms to you, using Boo (the cutie from Monsters, Inc) to ask the question. I think the expression on her face says it all for me.

She's my current stress-buster.
