Anyone for Eliot?

Anyone for a spot of Eliot before breakfast?

Dreamer Idiot has put up Preludes, one of my favourite poems, for discussion on the Puisy-Poesy blog.

Meanwhile, I have forbidden myself to blog before I get my article finished, even though I have several very nice stories rubbing round my legs and nibbling my toes ... ouch!

Picture: Eliot in a portrait by Wyndham-Lewis. Tate Gallery, London.

Didn't see you at Hairy Kunzru's talk last night. He's very affable and intelligent. The woman from the British Council was hard as nails though. JESUS! What a b****!

Ah, so that's why the blog's so quiet. Shall await your article then!

Speaking of Hari Kunzri, I posted about his Kinokuniya reading here.
