Shortlisted Swordfish!

Just heard that Kee Thuan Chye's new play The Swordfish, Then the Concubine has made it onto the shortlist (out of 500 entries!) of the International Playwriting Contest organised by the Warehouse Theatre, London.

The winners will be announced in October.

Biggest congrats, Chye ... and fingers crossed for the next stage.

Malaysia boleh! (Or did someone say that already??)

Wah, wah, to Mr Kee Thuan Chye! I used to call him 'Mr Kee' all the time... whether or not it annoyed him, didn't care.

Bib, pretty please, can I read his play anywhere on the 'Net? So curious already!
