Back to Front?

Malaysia has to publish 27,000 book titles for general reading annually to become a knowledgeable, developed nation and be on par with other developed countries ...

Confusing quantity for quality again, people do that a lot.

The reason there are 40,000 lecturers and professors is that your average prof makes 15-30K a month.

The reason there are no writers is that you sell, on the average, 2 books a month (if you're lucky.)
